Males in all categories must run 1.6 km (1600 mtr) in 7 minutes and jump 3.66 m (12 ft) in three attempts for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), while females in all categories must run 1.6 km (1600 mtr) in 9 minutes and jump 2.75 m (9 ft) in three attempts.
